Harmony Energy Limited founded by Peter Kavanagh. Developed, built, own and operated 15 UK-based onshore wind assets (funded by USS and sold to Blackfinch in 2019)
Diversified into BESS. BESS side cofounded with Alex Thornton
Developed 600MW pipeline for BESS (13 sites)
FRV JV to construct 4 BESS sites (140MW)
12 operating onshore wind assets sold to Blackfinch
New Zealand large-scale solar business established and led by Pete Grogan
Holes Bay (7.5MW / 15 MWh) goes live using Tesla and Autobidder (First in UK & EU to use 2-hour duration BESS)
First Solar / BESS (30MW) twinned site sold to BayWa and 49MW Salisbury BESS site sold to SSE
Successful IPO of HEIT plc with £210m market cap
TagEnergy JV agreement to construct 3 BESS sites (98MW)
